Optimizing Passive Optical Network (PON) Testing

Whatﾒs more, EXFOﾒs next-generation OTDR software lets you test through high-port-count splittersﾗeven 1x64 splittersﾗwith loss levels of up to 21 dB.
In-Service Troubleshooting
The ?exibility to add a single mode live testing port for in-service troubleshooting enables you to ?x a problematic distribution ?ber while the others are still active. Its ?ltered port blocks incoming transmission signals and its out-of-band wavelength will not interfere in your network. Maintaining an excellent quality of service (QoS), it will also ease the troubleshooting testing steps.
